We want you to like the Design System Pack. If it's not for you, you can have your money back. No interview, no demo, no exit-survey.
The short version
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund.
- No reason required. Email us, we'll process it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Once the refund is issued, your license to use the pack ends. You should delete the files.
How to request a refund
Email support from the address you used at checkout. Include either:
- The order receipt from Polar, or
- The email address used at checkout (we'll look up the order).
That's all. No reason needed. We'll confirm the refund within one business day; the credit usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After the 14 days
After 14 days we generally don't refund, since the pack is a digital product you've had time to evaluate. If something is genuinely broken on our end (a corrupt download, a missing file), email us anyway and we'll make it right.
What about the prompts?
The pack ships with copy-paste prompts you may have already used on your site. We can't un-paste those, and we don't ask you to. Refunds are based on the trust that you'll stop using the pack and delete the files; the policy isn't enforced by DRM.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We'll refund without argument inside the 14-day window. Chargebacks cost us a fee on top of the refunded amount, so the email path is faster and cheaper for everyone.
