These terms cover your use of the Rottoways website at rottoways.com and the Design System Pack you buy from it. Buying the pack or using the site means you accept these terms.
What you're buying
The Design System Pack is a one-time digital download. It contains a design system zip plus paste-ready prompts for use with AI coding tools (Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, Bolt, v0, and similar). It is delivered as a downloadable file after checkout.
Your license
When you buy the pack, you get a perpetual, worldwide license to:
- Use the pack on unlimited projects, personal or commercial.
- Use the pack on paid client work (you can charge clients for sites built with it).
- Modify the pack to fit your project.
- Ship sites built with the pack to public production.
What you can't do
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the pack itself, in original or modified form.
- Repackage the prompts or design system as a competing product or template marketplace listing.
- Share your download link or copy with anyone outside your team. If your team needs the pack, each member should buy their own copy.
- Use the pack in a way that violates any law.
These rules apply to the pack contents, not the sites you build with them. Sites built with the pack are yours.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.
Updates and availability
We may update the pack from time to time. If you bought it, you'll get access to non-breaking updates at no extra cost while the product remains for sale. Major new product lines (e.g. an entirely new pack) may be sold separately.
We may take the site or storefront offline for maintenance, infrastructure changes, or to discontinue the product. If we discontinue the pack, your already-downloaded copy keeps its license and continues to work; you just won't be able to re-download from us.
Disclaimers
The pack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that it will work in every AI tool, with every prompt, or for every codebase. AI coding tools change frequently and a prompt that works today may behave differently next month.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the pack or site, even if we were advised of the possibility. Where local law disallows liability exclusions, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the pack.
Termination
If you violate these terms (especially the redistribution restrictions), your license terminates immediately and you must stop using and delete the pack. Your right to a refund within the 14-day window is not affected.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and post the new version at this URL. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
